The location was convenient! i found sol metro station just steps away. this made exploring the city very easy. the reception staff were charming. Their help.
the room seemed smaller than expected, and maneuvering around luggage felt a bit challenging.

LOCATION IS THE KEY!

I ABSOLUTELY loved the hotel's SUPERB location, a quick two-minute walk to the metro! Everything I needed was easily within walking distance, made exploring the city SO convenient. The staff was nice. They helped me with extra documents for my stay, which I appreciated. The room was very spacious, and it had a separate couch, a great bonus.
The shower door seemed to be falling apart, a bit of an inconvenience. There was also some black mold under the seat in the shower, and the toilet stopped working after my first night. I lifted the top in the back to try to fix it, and there was MORE black mold.

The hotel did not include an on-site restaurant, however there were many dining options near the location. A variety of cafes and restaurants were easily accessible within a short walk. This made it easy to find different types of food.

The staff provided attentive service, and they helped with document-related requests. The check-in process was efficient, and luggage storage was available. Staff members were also available to offer directions.
